Seaport Walking Tour

Join us for a tour of Boston’s Seaport district where culture, industry, and community converge to create one of the most dynamic and vibrant neighborhoods in the country. Unlocked after a decade of development and $22 billions of public investment, Seaport is now home to an ecosystem of more than 350 companies, from global leaders in technology and biotech, to groundbreaking startups. The tour will feature the Harbor Way, a beautifully landscaped linear park stretching from Seaport Boulevard to the Summer Street Steps and three of Seaport’s newest buildings.
- One Boston Wharf Road is a 707,000-square-foot, 17-story, LEED Platinum mixed-use building, featuring 650,000 square feet of Amazon-leased office space, ground-floor retail, and a 700-seat performing arts center. Designed by Henning Larsen, it is the city's largest net-zero carbon office building.
- 111 Harbor Way is a 480,000-square-foot, 17-story LEED Gold mixed-use building, designed by Gensler. It includes retail on the first two floors and 430,000 square feet of Amazon office space above.
- 400 Summer Street is a 630,000-square-foot, 16-story LEED Platinum laboratory building, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and primarily occupied by Foundation Medicine. The building features 30,000 square feet of retail and is adjacent to the Summer Street Steps.
Fenway Ballpark Tour and Lyrik

You can’t visit Boston without visiting the beloved Fenway Park. The Fenway Ballpark tour will make a stop at Lyrik Back Bay, a destination for work, play, and culture, and a new gateway to the city and a vibrant anchor for the Back Bay neighborhood.
As Boston’s first successful air rights project in more than 40 years, Lyrik represents a breakthrough in complex urban construction, proving that thoughtful design and strategic collaboration can overcome even the most challenging infrastructure barriers to create lasting community impact. Over a decade in the making, Lyrik has redefined the intersection of Newbury and Boylston Streets, transforming the Back Bay landscape. The project includes two towers, one home to the global headquarters of both CarGurus and the LEGO Group, and the other home to citizenM, the largest hotel in their portfolio. At the heart of the project is a multi-level public plaza where activations, pop-ups, and community events are hosted, alongside premier retail destinations like Rivian and CHICHA San Chen, with Avra Estiatorio, Pink Carrot, George Howell Coffee, Van Leeuwen, Rosa y Marigold, and more opening throughout 2025.
Hub on Causeway

The Hub on Causeway is a dynamic, transit-oriented destination featuring 811K SF square feet of office space for leading creative and technology companies, alongside world-class sports and entertainment venues, including TD Garden, which hosts 200+ events annually. The Hub offers a diverse range of retail and dining locations, a boutique hotel, 440 luxury residences, and direct access to both TD Garden and North Station. Developed through a partnership between BXP and Delaware North and built on the historic site of the original Boston Garden, The Hub redefines the concept of a neighborhood community hub. The office tower has earned LEED Platinum certification, while the residential tower, hotel tower, and ground floor have all achieved LEED Gold.
Winthrop Center

Join us for a tour of Winthrop Center – Located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District, Winthrop Center includes over 1.8M SF of residential, office and retail space. 812,000 SF of office space is built to rigorous Passive House standards setting a new global standard for building performance and energy conservation. In addition to residential, Winthrop Center also has the multi-level Connector – which is a public gathering space for art shows and includes a food hall with 7 culinary experiences under Michelin – starred Chef John Fraser’s leadership – his first- ever Food Hall. Winthrop Center is an amenity rich building with the highest service levels in the industry. It is a WELL Gold certified building, one of only two large scale buildings in the region, and a LEED Platinum building.
