BOMA offers special discounted full conference registration for the following:
- Speaker Registration, if your education session has been selected, you can register as complimentary speaker for the day of your session or attend the full conference for a discounted registration fee of $695.
- BOMA International Life Member for $225, a life member must be approved by BOMA International board. Please contact membership@boma.org to learn more about becoming a life member.
- Government Discount, receives 20% off the full conference registration. Please note to receive this discount you must be directly employed by city, state or federal government handling their commercial real estate.
- Additional BOMA Local Association Staff,as long as the BAE or a local BOMA staff is registered at the full conference registration, then additional staff can be registered for $595 per person. Please note, this discounted registraton is not available to the board or volunteers of a local BOMA - must be directly employed by the local BOMA.

Registration Policies and Cancellation
- Registrations without payment will not be processed.
- Only those individuals who register and present a 2025 badge may attend conference events, including business meetings, education sessions and networking functions. Must wear badge for all conference events.
- Children, spouses, and guests of attendees do not need to register to share hotel accommodations but must register if they wish to participate in conference events that are open to Family/Friend registrants.
- Family/Friend (Spouses, children, or guests) is defined as someone who does not work in the commercial real estate industry. Family/Friend registrants may not attend business meetings or education sessions. If your guest wishes to attend these events they must register for the conference under the appropriate attendee category.
- Family/Friends may not register as Expo Only. Expo Only registration is open only to qualified commercial real estate professionals.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email by June 6, 2025, and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date or for conference no-shows.
- Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
- No refunds for cancellation of TOBY Awards Reception & Gala Tickets after June 6, 2025, or for no-shows.
- For Team Registrations (cancellations must be received in writing via email by June 6, 2025): Teams of 3 -- should any member of the team cancel, $100 discount is forfeited plus subject to a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. Teams of 5 -- should any member of the team cancel, forfeit the complimentary registration. All other cancellations subject to a $100 processing fee each. Teams of 10 or more - should any member of the team cancel, causing the team to be less than 10 people, the 20% discount is forfeited and the discount for Team of 5 or Team of 3 will apply, depending on the number of individuals from the group that cancel. All cancellations subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Expo Only and Expo Only Vendor will only have access to the exhibit hall and cannot attend any conference events.
