BOMA International and BOMI are pleased to offer the BOMI Revenue Administration MicroCredential Program at the 2025 BOMA International Conference & Expo. The program is designed to equip property managers with the skills they need for timely and accurate posting of revenue charges as well as managing the revenue collection process. Consisting of five ShortCourses: Creating CAM Reconciliations, Recording Revenue, Identifying Income Sources, Measuring Property Performance, and Budgeting & Accounting 101, this full day program will help you better understand and speak the language of finance so you can lead with confidence, even if you’re not the one performing accounting functions. Upon completion of the full-day program, you will earn a digital badge.

When you complete the Revenue Administration MicroCredential program, you’ll know how to:
► Reconcile common area maintenance expenses with tenant payments
► Properly record and track various types of rent and billings
► Identify and communicate tenant costs based on rent clauses and lease types
► Measure property performance based on net operating income
► Effectively apply budgeting and accounting principles to daily operations.
