What We Do
We specialize in commercial property insurance for industrial, habitational and commercial properties all across the Mid-Atlantic. Our range is from airport hangars to tallest buildings in Baltimore to large condo properties in beach cities. We do everything property. We also work with contractors on their commerical insurance and individual clients with their personal insurance.
Founded in 2022 by E.J. Nadolny, the primary objective was personal insurance. Partnering with real estate brokerages across the Mid-Atlantic, Canopy was able to establish a base of personal clients within the first two years that began to earn recognition. Canopy won Nationwide Scratch Agency of the Year in 2022 as well as Travelers STAR Award and Best in Towson, MD in 2024. Originally as Director of Commercial Sales for a larger Mid-Atlantic agency, CNadolny saw the vision of Canopy to provide commercial insurance to properties all across the United States while offering a unique service package.
Canopy stands today as one of the fastest growing agencies in the U.S.. They provide custom service and insurance product packages for many industries.
