Shell Turner is a Property Manager whose primary role is as an onsite manager for a Class A office property in West Midtown Atlanta, GA, with Bridger Properties. Shell brings a wealth of experience to the property management industry, having begun her career in 2016 with the oversight of a 1-million-square-foot asset, One Century Place, in Nashville, TN. Initially starting out with CBRE, she transitioned to Transwestern following the sale of the property, where she honed her expertise as both a tenant service coordinator and assistant property manager over a five-year tenure. In 2021, Shell was elevated to the role of property manager and took on responsibility for five Class A office buildings in the Alpharetta market after relocating to Atlanta. Her most recent role involved managing two of the prestigious Galleria on the Park properties in Cobb County with Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Throughout her career, Shell has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and excellence. In 2019, she was awarded the J. Michael Coleman Scholarship to attend the BOMA International Conference, after being recognized in the Rising Stars Program that same year. Shell continued her avid membership with BOMA throughout the years and has since presented at BOMA’s 2023 International Conference & the 2024 International Conference Webinar Series on the critical topic of “Preventing Burnout in Property Management”. Additionally, she is a published author in the CRE Insight Journal during 2023-2024, contributing her insights to the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, in 2024, she completed the BOMA Leadership 360 Course.
