Rebecca Uusitalo brings over 25 years of full cycle real estate experience to her role as Senior General Manager at URG. Rebecca is a highly motivated, experienced professional with a diverse real estate background including residential development, strategic repositioning, operations and management of assets. At URG, Rebecca is responsible for the overall strategic direction for a diverse portfolio in Seattle, including Class-A high rise and several historic assets. She oversees a committee focused on sustainability for URG. She is committed to providing successful client solutions, well-balanced perspectives on assets and superior customer service. She leads a team of dedicated property management professionals to ensure optimum asset performance. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, and a certification from the University of Washington in Real Estate Development. She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Rebecca currently serves as the Chair of Energy, Sustainability and Resilience Committee at BOMA International, BOMA Pacific Northwest Regional President, serves on the Executive Board for BOMA Greater Seattle, and is active in the efforts of Industry and Government Affairs.
