Brian joined GPRS as part of the Existing Conditions acquisition in 2024. He currently leads the Existing Conditions Sales team, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and industry-leading situational awareness to execute their projects with confidence. As the former VP of Operations, he oversaw all aspects of 3D laser scanning, point cloud data registration, and quality control for 3D Revit models at Existing Conditions. He was also responsible for implementing new hardware and software applications to keep Existing Conditions at the vanguard of emerging technologies related to building information modeling and 3D laser scanning. Brian worked at Kallmann McKinnell and Wood Architects as part of a design team and managed CAD and Revit standards.
