Corey focuses on helping clients solve unique challenges specifically related to energy, energy conservation, and the economic impact sustainability has on businesses. He has a track record of helping businesses identify and execute projects to address these problems through efficient (re)design, creative energy procurement, energy conservation management, and decarbonization. He also has experience evaluating and deploying creative financing and creative thinking to generate revenue from the projects to help them align with clients' specific business goals and metrics. Corey has been with Trane for 10 years and has mostly worked in business acquisition. His time in operations prior to joining Trane strengthens his ability to develop and work with clients through the sales and project development process. He has technical experience with district heating and cooling, renewable energies, metering, energy storage, building automation controls, hydronic system optimization, among others. He also serves on the board of the New York Energy Consumer’s Council, and the Strategic Planning Committee for his local School District.
