Sahar del Villar is an accomplished commercial real estate professional who began her career in the industry in 2013. With over a decade of experience managing office, mixed-use, and medical office properties, she brings a strategic and well-rounded approach to asset and operations management. Sahar currently oversees a 500,000+ square foot Class A Trophy medical office building located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. The building is home to over 40 tenants, including major healthcare organizations such as UT Health and Memorial Hermann. As General Manager, Sahar is responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, tenant relations, vendor management, and capital projects. Her results-driven leadership and collaborative style have helped cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with tenants and service providers. A strong advocate for industry involvement, Sahar is an active member of BOMA Houston. She has completed the BOMA Leadership Lyceum program, is a member of the Medical Office Building Interest Group, and most recently led her building to achieve BOMA BEST Sustainable Certification—making 6400 Fannin the first medical office building in the U.S. and the first in Texas to earn this prestigious recognition. Sahar holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designations through IREM and maintains a Texas Real Estate License. Passionate about mentorship and team development, Sahar is dedicated to empowering the next generation of property management professionals while advancing sustainability and innovation in the built environment.
