Keri is the Services Sales Leader for North America at Trane, headquartered in Davidson, NC. In her role, Keri is instrumental in driving growth, managing, and facilitating service sales solutions for Trane's field sales organization and clients across North America. She is also responsible for developing national partnerships that expand, engage, and promote Trane’s customer-focused products and services. Throughout her tenure at Trane, Keri has held several key positions, including Director of Strategic Sales for Commercial Real Estate (CRE). As the vertical market leader for CRE, she played a pivotal role in guiding product development and innovation within the industry. Keri has been an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 2010 and has recently been honored as a BOMA Fellow. She is a dedicated supporter of the annual Women’s Breakfast and serves as the chair of the BOMA Lady Fellows Committee. Keri is also a member of BOMA International and BOMA Indianapolis, where she continues to contribute her expertise and leadership to the organization.
