Dave has a remarkable combination of practical experience and values-driven leadership. From founding and scaling a green cleaning business to leading ESG initiatives for large-scale portfolios and serving as the Co-Chair of BOMA International’s Energy, Sustainability & Resiliency Committee during the 24/25 year. Dave’s sustainability journey began with USGBC Nevada as he served as President. He started with building certifications, transitioned to full scale sustainability audits for Convention Centers, Airports and Clark County, and now his current role as Director of Sustainability for NV5. Dave understands both the day-to-day and the big picture of sustainability work. Dave is also the founding member of the BOMA Nevada Chapter and still serves on multiple committees to this day. He’s also deeply engaged in community issues through his role as President of IMPACTNV, where he’s driven programs around environmental justice, housing, and economic equity.
