The Audit Committee reviews the annual audit report submitted by the independent auditors and submits comments and recommendations to the Finance Committee. It also reviews the implementation of approved Finance Committee recommendations related to the audit and managment letter and reviews the ongoing performance of internal controls and financial reporting.
