BOMA International and BOMI are pleased to offer the BOMI Revenue Administration MicroCredential Program at the 2025 BOMA International Conference Expo. The program is designed to equip property managers with the skills they need for timely and accurate posting of revenue charges as well as managing the revenue collection process. Consisting of five ShortCourses—including foundational budgeting and accounting and reconciling common area maintenance (CAM)—this program will help you better understand and speak the language of finance so you can lead with confidence, even if you’re not the one performing accounting functions. Upon completion of the full-day program, you will earn a digital badge.

- Properly record and track various types of rent and billings
