Boston’s Seaport district is where culture, industry, and community converge to create one of the most dynamic and vibrant neighborhoods in the country. Unlocked after a decade of development and $22 billions of public investment, Seaport is now home to an ecosystem of more than 350 companies, from global leaders in technology and biotech, to groundbreaking startups. The tour will feature the Harbor Way, a beautifully landscaped linear park stretching from Seaport Boulevard to the Summer Street Steps and three of Seaport’s newest buildings.

  1. One Boston Wharf Road is a 707,000-square-foot, 17-story, LEED Platinum mixed-use building, featuring 650,000 square feet of Amazon-leased office space, ground-floor retail, and a 700-seat performing arts center. Designed by Henning Larsen, it is the city's largest net-zero carbon office building.
  2. 111 Harbor Way is a 480,000-square-foot, 17-story LEED Gold mixed-use building, designed by Gensler. It includes retail on the first two floors and 430,000 square feet of Amazon office space above.
  3. 400 Summer Street is a 630,000-square-foot, 16-story LEED Platinum laboratory building, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and primarily occupied by Foundation Medicine. The building features 30,000 square feet of retail and is adjacent to the Summer Street Steps.
