Lamarr.AI emerged in 2021 from collaborative research across MIT, Georgia Tech, and Syracuse University. We help building owners and facilities leaders create data-driven capital plans and prioritize deferred maintenance budgets through automated building envelope inspection. We use drones, thermal imaging, and AI to quickly find defects like poorly sealed windows, leaky roofs, and structural failures that impact day-to-day operations, code compliance, and energy waste. We’ve developed this tech through years of research to be able to tell facilities leaders:
